Cabinet of Curiosities

I am so excited to be curating this contemporary art exhibition at The Fishing Quarter Gallery on Brighton Seafront. It’s a really lovely space and the moment I stepped inside a few years ago, I knew I wanted to put on my own exhibition there.

Cabinet of Curiosities is a theme that I have always loved - I have been collecting miniature things since I can remember and love the juxtaposition of varied objects next to each other. The fact that my collections seem entirely incongruous only fascinates me more. I’ve selected 12 artists (including me, of course!) whose work I really admire and who I would want to have an art show with. There’s an eclectic mix of artwork and an extremely talented and delightful bunch of people and I hope you enjoy the show…
