Do you offer returns?

I hope you love your new piece of ceramics. Unfortunately I can’t offer refunds on unwanted items, so please thoroughly check the photos, videos and dimensions in the descriptions.

In the unlikely event of damages during transit, I can provide a refund as long as you contact me within two days of receiving your item and provide images of the damage. Please send back in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed as soon as the item has been returned to me.

What is your shipping policy?

I post my ceramics via second class Royal Mail within 2-3 working days of purchase. Please note that there are currently delays within the postal service and I can’t guarantee that your item will arrive within their predicted time frames due to these delays.

How do you package your items?

I charge a flat rate fee of £4.95 for postage & packaging.

I try to use ethical packaging as much as possible - with recycled and recyclable materials. I only buy biodegradable bubble wrap but I do sometimes reuse old, non-biodegradable bubble wrap rather than throw it away.

What is your Privacy Policy?

How is your information used?

When you buy something on this website, I collect personal information from you to fulfil the order. I may collect information like your:

- Billing & Shipping Address, details relating to your purchase, email address, name & phone number.

I share this information with Squarespace, my online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services. My payment processor, Stripe, will also collect payment information from you. You can read their privacy policy at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.

By providing your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you are consenting to Ceramics by Nova collecting it and using it for that specific reason.

I may disclose your personal information, if required by law or court order to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Squarespace

This store is currently hosted on Squarespace, Inc.  They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. The credit and debit payment processing is currently accomplished through Stripe, Inc., a third-party processing service (stripe.com) that allows us to accept your payment online. Your data may be stored through Squarespace's and/or Stripe's data storage, databases, and the general Squarespace or Stripe application.
